All FBB Tours participants will always be under the supervision of a group of mentors dedicated exclusively to each group, which will act as liaison between the organisation and the students and take care of their questions and most immediate.
FBB Tours places great emphasis on the safety and wellbeing of the boys and girls who participate in its football programmes both inside and outside of the training camps.
For that reason, all our staff are trained in first aid, emergency techniques and child care.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Your package with Football Beyond Borders is inclusive of airport transfers to and from the camp.
For participants travelling by air to and from the UK, we offer a standard transfer service to certain airports/stations. We ask that your flight or train arrives and departs between the following times in order to use this service:
- Arrival: Sundays between 09.00 -17.00 hours
- Departure: Saturdays between 09.00 – 17.00 hours. Students will be met by a Football Beyond Borders member of staff in the Arrivals Hall at whichever airport they arrive at. We will wait for a group of other students who are arriving at a similar time before driving them to their venue.
At the end of the course, Football Beyond Borders will drive players back to their departure points and ensure that they are checked in safely.
OUT OF HOURS TRANSFERS
Players arriving outside of our standard transfer times and different airports/stations can be collected from their point of arrival by a Football Beyond Borders member of staff.
CHECK IN AT CAMP
Upon arriving at camp, our staff will check in all students and collect their passports, pocket money and travel tickets for safe keeping. Players will then be shown to their rooms and encouraged to join in with some fun activities before dinner. Players will also be given the opportunity to contact their parents to let them know that they have arrived safely.
